PRIVACY AND MARKETING POLICY AT REKRIT AB
This policy describes how Rekrit AB, 559409-1943, handles your personal data collected in connection with the use of our Platform or through other types of communication between you and Rekrit AB. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Rekrit handles personal data in accordance with the EU's latest General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The policy covers all processing operations where personal data is handled and covers both structured and unstructured data. We ensure and enforce this Privacy Policy by treating the information that our customers entrust to us in a prudent and responsible manner.
What data do we collect?
As a company, we help gather information and later provide that information to companies in Sweden in order to help both companies and private actors to obtain a job to work in Sweden. We will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disclose personal information beyond what is stated in this privacy policy unless we are required to do so as a result of a legal obligation or if we have first obtained your consent.

How do we collect the data?
Rekrit AB collects your personal data directly from you when you use our Platform, visit the website, contact our customer service, or contact us by means including email, phone, and other means of communication. Information about you is collected on these occasions in order for you to enter into agreements and for us to be able to provide our services to you.
In addition to the data we collect from you, we may also collect personal data about you from third parties. We collect information from public registers, such as the Swedish Tax Agency for address updates, to check that we have the correct contact information for you. Rekrit also collects certain personal data via cookies that log how you use our website and thus what content you prefer.

How do we store your data?
We undertake to comply with the GDPR Directive, and applicable Swedish legislation when using and processing your personal data.
We take a variety of security measures to protect your personal information. We use encryption methods to protect sensitive data transmitted over the internet. Only employees who are going to do specific work (such as invoicing or legal advice) will have access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers used to store personally identifiable information are therefore located in the intended and secure environment in Sweden. We will not share, inform or notify any outside party, not agreed on by the Rekrit AB, of any of the confidential information, if not required due to forced rule and odes of the court. All our employees have signed a non-disclosure agreement.
Rekrit AB will save your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data is processed. The length of the retention period thus depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. We may save the data longer if necessary to establish, defend or assert legal claims, e.g. if there is an ongoing dispute or if a report of a crime has been filed with the Police Authority.
The information gathered will be deleted from the service when specifically asked by the client, or by the client's deputy at any time. Otherwise, the information will be stored until we as a company decide to delete or remove it from our servers.
Marketing
Rekrit AB would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Rekrit AB from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us.
